Hi Lee,

Well, I fell into the same trap as you described below, I guess you just have to make the mistakes, learn from them and move forward a wiser person. Does this sound a little familiar? I auditioned for "Up the Aisle" yesterday. I had the sides so took them to my acting coach through the week and we gave them a good working over. We worked on the character ( 45-50ish, loves romance, men, and getting married, very flirty, big voluptuous, dress sense- she has none) Character was a little too close to the bone, anyway....

I had visualized the entire audition, ( I always do that) the whole thing was planned in my head, unfortunately for me they had me stand and deliver my lines, I had planned to be sitting down so I could do a little leg thing as I was hitting on the other character (was in the script).
I wore a scarlet red dress, angle length, sleeveless, square neckline, my boobs were spilling over the top, I looked like a cougar, problem was, I was suppose to be hitting on the other character, sadly I was hit on twice just going to the audition, once in the carpark the other sitting in the park waiting to go in. It was suppose to be the other way around. Think I got it wrong....just have to laugh! If I get a call back it will be one of those miracles. Anyway,,,,it was fun and I like to push the boundaries, feel the adrenaline and go for it. wish I had of found acting 30 years ago, sure would be further up the line

love your news letters and thanks for publishing my email to you about the Toyota audition, I have a healthy attitude towards the process without unrealistic expectations, Always looking to experiment and give it a go,
Cheryl
